J&S Construction was established in 1985 by Jim Wilhelm.  The initial goal of the company was to provide sewer and water hook ups and foundation digs for the residential community.  Over the years, J&S Construction has expanded operations into the commercial sector, providing excavation, site utilities and demolition of all scopes and sizes.

Now known as J & S Construction Sewer and Water, Inc., Jim Wilhelm and his team have over 30 years of experience in providing highly dependable excavating and site work contracting.  As both an excavating and site work contractor, the company has the capability to handle all aspects of a project, from start to finish.

The main goal of J&S Construction Sewer and Water, Inc.  is to provide customers  with knowledge and understanding of a project on an individual basis.  J&S evaluates a client’s specific needs, identifies any issues or concerns and resolves any problems before the start of a job, in order to save on cost and unnecessary field delays once the project is underway.
